SCAD collaborated with a Fortune 50 home improvement retailer on a strategic design initiative focused on enhancing customer engagement and optimizing the checkout experience within the Garden Center. While project specifics remain confidential under NDA, my contributions included:

  • Leading primary and secondary research to identify critical pain points in retail interactions and user journeys.

  • Converting research insights into actionable design frameworks, supported by rapid prototyping, iterative testing, and strategic analysis.

  • Investigating form, material, and usability to ensure functional, scalable, and customer-centric solutions.

  • Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams to align user needs with overarching business objectives.
